After many years of service to the United Nations, Paul Blair, a former Special Forces Officer accepts a position to be a special agent for the President of the USA. He will be called on to perform tasks for the White House that are outside the normal Law Enforcement Agencies. In order to carry out any task the President sets, he will give Blair a special presidential Order which gives Blair the authority to commandeer and US resources, including personnel and equipment anywhere in the world to achieve a successful outcome. One task he is sent, is to bring to justice two rogue agents of the DEA which the system seems to be incapable of doing. While carrying out this task, Blair uncovers a plot by a prominent citizen of the US to overthrow elements of the government... including the Presidency itself...
