Presenta los conceptos básicos de las técnicas de procesado de señal para el tratamiento de la información proveniente de un sistema en evolución, con el fin de minimizar los errores de medida de sus variables, llegar a conocer las leyes que determinan su evolución, establecer consideraciones probabilísticas para caracterizar la inexactitud de las observaciones procedentes del mismo y poder de esta forma llegar a la mejor estimación posible de las variables que determinan dicha evolución.
El dibujo técnico es una herramienta básica en el diseño y fabricación de una gran cantidad de productos tanto para la ingeniería como en la arquitectura y las bellas artes así el aprendizaje de las diferentes técnicas de expresión gráfica es una necesidad para todos aquellos estudiantes que deseen dirigir su futuro hacia las distintas "enseñanzas técnicas". Las nuevas pruebas de acceso a la universidad en la asignatura de Dibujo Técnico plantean ciertas dificultades tanto a los alumnos como a los profesores que las preparan, por eso un grupo de profesores de la Universitat Politècnica de Valencia, en relación con la Comisión de Materia de Dibujo Técnico en la provincia de Valencia, han recopilado una serie de "ejercicios tipo" como los que se plantean en las pruebas de acceso y que se presentan en este libro como una colección, con ejercicios resueltos y otros propuestos, que servirán al estudiante para preparar la PAU en esta materia.
