Bajo el título genérico de ?Las Andanzas de D. Camilo?, conviven dos obras de un mismo personaje: El incomparable D. Camilo de Orozco. Un noble de la edad media bohemio y arrogante a quién su pereza, torpeza y engreimiento, le hacen vivir en constantes situaciones límite, que solo es capaz de solventar (ayudado en todo momento por su fiel criado Froilán) cuando literalmente ?se ve con el agua al cuello?. Con un estilo simple, cercano y de fácil lectura (a pesar de estar escrito en verso) y sobre todo y ante todo rebosante de un humor satírico y desvergonzado, sazonado con situaciones tan esperpénticas como atemporales, hacen de esta obra el instrumento perfecto para pasar un rato realmente divertido.
