Figuras desconcertantes, enigmáticas, terroríficas, y sin embargo de una gran belleza artística, las gárgolas han fascinado a lo largo de la historia. Estos seres de piedra, silenciosos y observadores, atraen y conmueven a quienes los contemplan. La gárgola, aislada de su funcionalidad como canalón de desagüe, es pura imagen. Provoca numerosas emociones al contemplarla, y es arte, expresión, belleza o fealdad. Las gárgolas están cambiando continuamente, transformándose ante nuestros ojos y observándonos desde las alturas a través de los siglos.
