Con un discurso estructurado a través de imágenes, textos e, incluso, un mapa topográfico de Folgueroles, Perejaume rinde un homenaje conjunto a Jacint Verdaguer, Antoni Gaudí y Joan Maragall, tres cimas de la cultura de finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX con muy diversas posturas ante la naturaleza (verdadera protagonista del libro) y que, siendo publicado con fecha posterior, es un claro precedente de El Pirineu de Baix (1997) dedicado a Joan Miró.
